Viewing Mobile Configuration Settings

  • Clicking on the EpochField Mobile Settings tab in the main page will display all the available EpochField Mobile Settings .

  • Click the + Add button right above the EpochField Mobile Settings list.

Add a new EpochField Mobile Setting

  • Add Mobile Configuration Settings dialog box appears

  • Fill out the Mobile Configuration Settings dialog as needed.

    • Mobile Configuration Setting Name: A name for the Mobile Configuration Setting. This name should be unique, application performs validation and will not allow to create a new mobile configuration setting with existing name.

    • Mobile Configuration Setting Description: A description for the Mobile Configuration Setting.

  • Current File: Control to select an XML file for mobile configuration settings.

    • To select a file, click on the Current File button.

    • Select the file from the File Open dialog and click Open.

  • Click Create button to create new Mobile Configuration Settings or click Cancel button to cancel the operation.

Edit a Mobile Configuration Setting

  • Click on edit button (pencil icon) on the Mobile Configuration Settings record in the grid.

  • A dialog box in Edit mode would look like as follows:

    • yellow box: edit name/description,

    • green box: change current file,

    • purple box: delete current file

  • Click the Save button to save the modifications or click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.

Delete a Mobile Configuration Setting

  • Click on the delete button (trash icon) on the Mobile Configuration Settings record in the grid

  • A delete confirmation dialog box is prompted to choose OK or Cancel.

  • If OK, the Mobile Configuration Settings gets deleted from the system.

  • If Cancel, the delete operation gets terminated.
