Work can continue without the underlying map data. Download the corresponding data package at the earliest convenience then close and restart the application.

View Work Features

Select the Tool Menu.
Select Work Management.
Select the Ellipses for the Work Order to view the Work Features of.
Select View Features.

The map will Zoom to the extent of the Work Order. The list of associated Work Features is displayed for the selected Work Order.

Select the Ellipses of a Work Feature to edit.

The map will zoom to the selected Work Feature.

Select Edit.

Work Feature Categories

Not all Work Orders will have the same Work Features.

Select a Category to select relevant information for.

Categories will have different relevant information. Work Features will have the same categories within the same Work Order.

Select the relevant information.
Select Save.

Work Feature Fields

Select a Field to enter information for.
Enter relevant information in the data entry fields.
Select Save.

Work Feature Attributes

This contains the same information as if Identify were to be performed on the Asset. See Identify for more information.

View the Attributes table.

Work Feature Attachments

Work Features support Attachments.

Take Work Feature Photo Attachments

Select Attachments.
Select Take Photo.

The device’s camera will be launched. Take a photo with it. The photo will be attached here.

Select Close.
Select Save.

Upload Work Feature Attachments

Select Attachments.
Select Attach File.
Navigate the device for the desired file to upload.
Upload the desired file.
Select Close.
Select Save.

View Work Feature Attachments

A Work Feature must have an Attachment to perform this process. See either Take Work Feature Photo Attachments or Upload Work Feature Attachments for guidance.

Select Attachments.
Select the Attachment to view it.

This will bring up the attachment in the necessary software to view the contents of the file.

Delete Work Feature Attachments

A Work Feature must have an Attachment to perform this process. See either Take Work Feature Photo Attachments or Upload Work Feature Attachments for guidance.

Select Attachments.
Select Delete.
Select Close.
Select Save.
