Manage Group Visibility

The Manage Group Visibility dialog has a global filter where the groups can be filtered throughout the application.

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Work Scheduler.

  3. Open the Menu.

  4. Click Manage Group Visibility.

This option is only available if the logged in user has any role that has Can Manage Any Group In Scheduler? configuration set to true in EpochField Administrator.

The Manage Group Visibility dialog contains a dropdown showing all the groups. The groups that the logged-in user belongs to are set to True by default.

  1. Click the Groups dropdown.

  2. Change what groups are visible as necessary.

  3. Click Apply Selected Group(s).

This filter applies to the Gantt Charts on the Work Scheduler page, Resource Management page and Manage Standby Schedules page. Unselected groups will not be shown in all three Gantt Charts.

Users can add or manage all the schedule items that are in the visible groups.
