Add Schedule Item
Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.
Select Open under EpochField Work Scheduler.
Click an empty time slot for a worker on the Gantt Chart.
Fill out the New Schedule Item fields as necessary.
Schedule To: A Resource Specific Time or Work Order can be scheduled to the selected resource for the selected time slot.
Data entry fields will differ based on the selected option.
Fill out the relevant data entry fields as necessary. See Schedule Item Configuration for guidance.
Click Save.
Schedule Item Configuration
Resource Specific Time
Resource Name: The name of the field worker assigned to the Work Order.
Schedule To: Indicates whether the schedule is set to a Resource Specific Time or a Work Order.
Schedule Against Group: Checkbox indicating whether the scheduling is done against a group.
Schedule Item Type: Specifies the type of item or task to be scheduled.
Name: The title or identifier of the Work Order.
Description: Detailed information about the Work Order task.
Service Territories: Areas or regions where the work is to be performed.
Ignore Conflicts: Checkbox determining if scheduling conflicts should be ignored.
URL: A link to additional information or resources related to the Work Order.
Attachments: Files or documents associated with the Work Order.
Event Repeats: Checkbox indicating if the event is recurring.
Weekday Toggles: Checkboxes specifying which weekdays the event occurs on.
From Date Time: The starting date and time of the Resource Specific Time.
To Date Time: The ending date and time of the Resource Specific Time.
Work Order
Ignore Capabilities: Checkbox to indicate if resource capabilities should be ignored.
Resource Name: The name of the field worker assigned to the Work Order.
Schedule To: Indicates whether the schedule is set to a Resource Specific Time or a Work Order.
Work Order: The specific Work Order chosen to be scheduled.
Schedule Against Group: Checkbox indicating whether the scheduling is done against a group.
Worker: The individual assigned to the Work Order.
Crew: The team assigned to the Work Order.
Equipment: The tools or machinery assigned to the Work Order.
Schedule Item Type: Specifies the type of item or task to be scheduled.
Ignore Conflicts: Checkbox determining if scheduling conflicts should be ignored.
URL: A link to additional information or resources related to the Work Order.
Attachments: Files or documents associated with the Work Order.
From Date Time: The starting date and time of the Work Order.
To Date Time: The ending date and time of the Work Order.
