Add Resource
Add Crew
Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.
Select Open under EpochField Work Scheduler.
Open the
Menu.
Click Resource Management.
Open the
Menu.
Click Add Crew.
Fill out the Crew Details tab data entry fields as necessary.
Crew Name: The name assigned to the crew.
Crew Type: The specific type or category of the crew.
Ideal Size: The optimal number of workers for the crew.
Current Size: The actual number of workers currently in the crew.
Is Active: Indicates whether the crew is currently active (Y/N).
Is Permanent: Indicates if the crew is a permanent team (Y/N).
Lead Worker: The name of the worker leading the crew.
Contractor Reference: Reference information for any contractors involved.
Capability Profile: A summary of the crew's skills and abilities.
Groups: Lists any groups the crew is associated with.
Click Create.
Add Worker
Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.
Select Open under EpochField Work Scheduler.
Open the
Menu.
Click Resource Management.
Open the
Menu.
Click Add Worker.
Fill out the Worker Details tab data entry fields as necessary.
Account Name: username of the worker.
User Type: Type of the worker.
Is Active: Determines if the worker is active or inactive.
Real Name: Real name of the worker.
Description: Any description related to the worker.
Primary Phone: Primary contact number of the worker.
Secondary Phone: Secondary contact number of the worker.
Primary Email: Primary contact email of the worker.
Secondary Email: Secondary contact email of the worker.
Employer: Employer of the worker.
Employee ID: Employee Id of the worker.
Other ID: Any other Id of the worker.
Title: Title of the worker.
Skills: Skills that the worker possess.
Edit Groups/Roles: Groups and Roles that the worker is part of.
Click Create.
Add Equipment
Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.
Select Open under EpochField Work Scheduler.
Open the
Menu.
Click Resource Management.
Open the
Menu.
Click Add Equipment.
Fill out the Equipment Details tab data entry fields as necessary.
Equipment ID: ID of the equipment.
Equipment Type: Type of the equipment.
Equipment Class: Class of the equipment.
Status: Status of the equipment. Determines whether it is active, inactive, or retired.
Responsible User: Determines the worker responsible for the equipment.
Description: Any description related to the equipment.
Manufacturer: Manufacturer of the equipment.
Manufacturer Serial Number: Manufacturer serial number of the equipment.
Manufacturer Part Number: Manufacturer part number of the equipment.
Alias: Alias name of the equipment.
Location Description: Location of the equipment.
Groups: Groups that the equipment is part of.
Inventory Number: Inventory number of the equipment.
Device Serial Number: Device serial number of the equipment.
Fuel Type: Fuel type that the equipment works with.
Plate Number: Plate number of the equipment.
Mass: Mass of the equipment.
Mass Unit: Mass units that the equipment is measured in.
Year of Manufacture: Manufacturing year of the equipment.
In Service Date: Date when the equipment is brought into service.
Capability Profile: Capabilities that the equipment can be used for.
Click Create.
