View Log
The log file contains detailed information about application messages and errors that occur within EpochField Mobile.
Select the
Tool Menu.
Select
Administrative Tools.
Select
View Log.
Select the
Left Arrow button to return through logs or the
Right Arrow button to advance through logs as needed.
All messages will be tagged with the date and time of the occurrence, as well as the version of EpochField Mobile.
The information displayed here can be extremely valuable to both your organization and Epoch Support staff attempting to determine the cause of and a fix for an error.
Select
Close to exit the logs.
