Viewing Roles

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

Add New Role

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

  4. Click the Roles tab.

  5. Click Add.

  6. Fill out the Add Role fields as needed.

  • Role Name: A name for the Role.

  • Can Access Work Flow Builder?

  • Can Access Work Scheduler?

  • Can Access Administrator?

  • Access User Calendar Only?

  • Can Schedule to User?

  • Can Use Role in Scheduler?

  • Can Manage Any Group in Scheduler?

  • Beacon Notifications

  1. Click Create.

Edit a Role

A Role must be added for this process. See Add New Role for guidance.

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

  5. Click Edit next to the Role to be edited.

  6. Edit the data entry fields as needed.

  • Role Name: A name for the Role.

  • Can Access Work Flow Builder?

  • Can Access Work Scheduler?

  • Can Access Administrator?

  • Access User Calendar Only?

  • Can Schedule to User?

  • Can Use Role in Scheduler?

  • Can Manage Any Group in Scheduler?

  • Beacon Notifications

  1. Click Save.

Delete a Role

A Role must be added for this process. See Add New Role for guidance.

Deleted Roles cannot be recovered.

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

  5. Click Delete next to the Role to be deleted.
