Viewing Relationships

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Users/Roles/Groups tab.

Add New Relationship

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Users/Roles/Groups tab.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Fill out the Add User-Role-Group Relationship fields as needed.

  • User: A multi select control where you can choose single or multiple users for this new relationship.

  • Role: A single select control, role for the selected user to the group.

  • Group: A single select control, group to which selected users needs to be related to.

  • Valid From: This field is optional and is used to specify from when this relationship is valid.

  • Valid To: This field is optional and is used to specify until when this relationship is valid

If multiple Users are selected a unique record will get created from every unique user group combination.

  1. Click Create.

Edit a Relationship

A Relationship must be added for this process. See Add New Relationship for guidance.

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Users/Roles/Groups tab.

  4. Click Edit next to the Relationship to be edited.

  5. Edit the data entry fields as needed.

  • User: A multi select control where you can choose single or multiple users for this new relationship.

  • Role: A single select control, role for the selected user to the group.

  • Group: A single select control, group to which selected users needs to be related to.

  • Valid From: This field is optional and is used to specify from when this relationship is valid.

  • Valid To: This field is optional and is used to specify until when this relationship is valid

  1. Click Save.

Delete a Relationship

A Relationship must be added for this process. See Add New Relationship for guidance.

Deleted Relationships cannot be recovered.

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Users/Roles/Groups tab.

  4. Click Delete next to the Relationship to be deleted.
