Viewing Group Types

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

Add New Group Type

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

  4. Click the Group Types tab.

  5. Click Add.

  6. Fill out the Add Group Types fields as needed.

  • Group Type Code: A code for the Group Type. This code should be unique, application performs validation and will not allow to create a new group type with existing code.

  • Group Type Description: A description for the Group Type. This description should be unique, application performs validation and will not allow to create a new group type with existing description.

  1. Click Create.

Edit a Group Type

A Group Type must be added for this process. See Add New Group Type for guidance.

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

  4. Click the Group Types tab.

  5. Click Edit next to the Group Type to be edited.

  6. Edit the data entry fields as necessary.

  1. Click Save.

Delete a Group Type

A Group Type must be added for this process. See Add New Group Type for guidance.

Deleted Group Types cannot be recovered.

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

  4. Click the Group Types tab.

  5. Click Delete next to the Group Type to be deleted.
