Schedule Item Types
View Schedule Item Types
Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.
Select Open under EpochField Administrator.
Click the Configuration tab.
Click the Schedule Item Types tab.
Add New Schedule Item Type
Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.
Select Open under EpochField Administrator.
Click the Configuration tab.
Click the Schedule Item Types tab.
Click Add.
Fill out the Schedule Types dialog as needed.
Schedule Item Type Code: A code for the Schedule Item Type. This code should be unique, application performs validation and will not allow to create a new schedule item type with existing code.
Schedule Item Type Description: A description for the Schedule Item Type. This description should be unique, application performs validation and will not allow to create a new schedule item type with existing description.
Is Non-Working Time: This field specifies if the schedule item type is non working time.
Show In Standby (On-Call) Manager: This field specifies if the schedule item type is on call type.
Relevant To Workers?: This field specifies if the schedule item type is related to user.
Relevant To Crews?: This field specifies if the schedule item type is related to crew.
Relevant To Equipment?: This field specifies if the schedule item type is related to equipment.
Schedule Item Block Color: This will assign the selected color to the schedule item type, which will be used in the epoch field suite while showing event for the respective type.
Click Create.
Edit a Schedule Item Type
A Schedule Item Type must be added for this process. See Add New Schedule Item Type for guidance.
Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.
Select Open under EpochField Administrator.
Click the Configuration tab.
Click the Schedule Item Types tab.
Click
Edit next to the Schedule Item Type to be edited.
Edit the data entry fields as necessary.
Schedule Item Type Code: A code for the Schedule Item Type. This code should be unique, application performs validation and will not allow to create a new schedule item type with existing code.
Schedule Item Type Description: A description for the Schedule Item Type. This description should be unique, application performs validation and will not allow to create a new schedule item type with existing description.
Is Non-Working Time: This field specifies if the schedule item type is non working time.

Click Save.
Delete a Schedule Item Type
A Schedule Item Type must be added for this process. See Add New Schedule Item Type for guidance.
Deleted Schedule Item Types cannot be recovered.
Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.
Select Open under EpochField Administrator.
Click the Configuration tab.
Click the Schedule Item Types tab.
Click
Delete next to the Schedule Item Type to be delete.
Click OK.
