User Management
Viewing Users
Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.
Select Open under EpochField Administrator.
As soon as the user logs in to the application, the available Users are displayed.
Adding Users
Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.
Select Open under EpochField Administrator.
Click
Add.
Fill out the Add User fields as needed.
User Name: A unique id for the User.
User Type: One of the available user types.
Real Name: A real name for the user.
Description: A description about the user.
Is Active: This field indicates if the user is active or disabled.
Employee ID: If the user has an employee id you can specify it here.
Other ID: Any other id can be added here.
Primary Phone: Primary phone number for the user.
Secondary Phone: Secondary phone number for the user.
Primary Email: Primary email for the user.
Secondary Email: Secondary email for the user.
Employer: Employer name of the user.
Title: Designated title for the user.
Shift Profiles: Shift profiles for the user.
Skill Set: Skill set for the user.
Click Create.
Editing a User
A User has to be added to perform this process. See Adding Users for guidance.

Select Open under EpochField Administrator.
Click
Edit next to the User to be edited.
Edit information about the selected User as necessary.
User Name: A unique id for the User.
User Type: One of the available user types.

Is Active: This field indicates if the user is active or disabled.

Other ID: Any other id can be added here.

Click Save.
Deleting a User
A User has to be added to perform this process. See Adding Users for guidance.
Deleted Users cannot be recovered.
Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.
Select Open under EpochField Administrator.
Click
Delete next to the User to be deleted.
If the User Type is not ArcGIS Portal User, a delete confirmation prompt appears.
Click OK.
