Crew Types

Viewing Crew Types

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

  4. Click the Crew Types tab.

Add New Crew Type

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

  4. Click the Crew Types tab.

  5. Click Add.

  6. Fill out the Add Crew Types fields as needed.

  • Crew Type Code: A code for the Crew Type. This code should be unique, application performs validation and will not allow to create a new crew type with existing code.

  • Crew Type Description: A description for the Crew Type. This description should be unique, application performs validation and will not allow to create a new crew type with existing description.

  1. Click Create.

Edit a Crew Type

A Crew Type must be added for this process. See Add New Crew Type for guidance.

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

  4. Click the Crew Types tab.

  5. Click Edit next to the Crew Type to be edited.

  6. Edit the data entry fields as needed.

  • Crew Type Code: A code for the Crew Type. This code should be unique, application performs validation and will not allow to create a new crew type with existing code.

  • Crew Type Description: A description for the Crew Type. This description should be unique, application performs validation and will not allow to create a new crew type with existing description.

  1. Click Save.

Delete a Crew Type

A Crew Type must be added for this process. See Add New Crew Type for guidance.

Deleted Crew Types cannot be recovered.

  1. Log In to EpochField Web Suite. See Log In to EpochField Web Suite for guidance.

  2. Select Open under EpochField Administrator.

  3. Click the Configuration tab.

  4. Click the Crew Types tab.

  5. Click Delete next to the Crew Type to be deleted.

  6. Click OK.
