Status Reporting
There may be situations in the field that the user has to update the status for a Work Order.
Report Status
Select the
Tool Menu.
Select
Work Management.
Select the
Ellipses for the Work Order to update the Status of.
Select Edit.
Select the status that represents the status for the Work Order. The Statuses available are configured in EpochField Workflow Builder. See Workflow Builder for more information.
Select
Save.
View Status History
The application maintains the history of all the Work Order Statuses. This can be viewed in the Work Order Form.
Select the
Tool Menu.
Select
Work Management.
Select the
Ellipses for the Work Order to view the Status History of.
Select
Edit.
Select the History tab.
The list of Work Order Status History values is displayed.
